Doc Jazz telephone interview on Press TV

This live telephone interview was held on Press TV on April 13th in the program ‘Remember Palestine’. First, they broadcast a large part of the song ‘Home (for Jenin)’, then I was asked a few questions by telephone.

Although I have often been interviewed, it is rather uncomfortable to be interviewed by telephone, those of you who have experience with it surely can confirm this.

Also, although I usually speak English with an American accent, speaking to the interviewster who has that lovely British dialect, confused me since it gave me flashbacks to the time when I lived for a short while in the UK, and my accent was British. For this reason you will hear the strange mix of accents in my words.

All in all, it was fun though! The program ‘Remember Palestine’ after this broadcast used many of my songs in the beginning of their shows, providing their own video clips for the songs. If you browse the video feeds of the program you will often run into a Doc Jazz song.
